Welcome to six6x, an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between six6x ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the six6x website and its associated services ("you", "your", or "the User").

By creating a six6x account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your personal records.

six6x reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification.

To register and use six6x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of six6x, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by six6x or any recognised responsible gambling organisation.

six6x may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or suspend an existing account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria above are not met.

To access the full features of six6x, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether for personal use or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, subject to investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6x username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. six6x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

six6x is required by applicable regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You agree to provide any identity documentation we reasonably request, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction.

six6x supports a range of local and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. six6x does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account suspended pending review.

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows:

six6x reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified.

six6x may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by six6x include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified users aged 21 and above unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without fulfilling applicable wagering requirements.
• six6x reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched-betting exploitation, arbitrage strategies, and multi-account bonus farming — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are governed by their own specific promotion terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of launch.

All games available on six6x — including casino titles, live dealer games, slots, sports betting markets, and colour prediction games — are governed by their respective game rules. These rules are provided by the relevant game studio or sports data provider and are accessible within each game interface.

six6x uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently audited and comply with recognised industry standards for fairness and unpredictability.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, six6x will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where a valid game round cannot be reconstructed, the Platform reserves the right to void the round and return any stakes placed. six6x will not be held liable for losses directly attributable to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

For sports betting markets, six6x follows standard industry settlement rules. Results are determined based on official event outcomes from recognised governing bodies such as the ICC, FIFA, and BPL governing organisations. In the case of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, applicable void or refund rules will apply as specified in the betting rules for that market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6x Platform. Engaging in any of the actions below may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or game glitches to derive financial benefit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Platform software or security measures.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or IP-based access restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at six6x staff or other users.

six6x cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Any suspected illegal activity detected on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant account(s) will be suspended pending investigation.

All content on the six6x Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game assets, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6x or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content on the Platform without prior written consent from six6x.

Game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6x and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your access to or use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

six6x does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall six6x's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your six6x account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6x is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the internal regulations of the jurisdiction in which six6x is incorporated. Both parties agree that any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. six6x does not represent that content or materials on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those permitted by the Platform.
